There are times when photos and diagrams just won't do. An incident scene video is filmed on location, solving the impracticality of a jury physically visiting the scene of an event. Aerial drone footage is also available as well as filming of expert witness examinations of any device defect, work safety issues, or environmental issues such as mold. These videos are very effective for preserving a scene should they change over time due to new construction, changing traffic patterns, etc.
